Queen Esther Kerr, 81, of Elgin, passed away peacefully Tuesday morning, March 5, 2018. A Home-Going Celebration will be conducted at Winn's Memorial Baptist Church on Saturday, March 16th at 11:00 AM with Reverend D.W. Townsend presiding. Interment will follow at the Elgin Latin Cemetery.
