Floy Mell V Cantrell Waters died on March 14, 2023 at the age of 85 after a brief illness. Mell was born to the late Henry and Vina Cantrell of Liberty Hill, Texas on July 9, 1937.  Mell confessed her love for God at an early age and united with First Baptist Church in Elgin Texas in 1961.
